Terms and Conditons
Welcome to the BroTek website terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our privacy policy regarding personal information provided by you. Before placing an order, if you have any queries relating to these terms and conditions, please contact our customer service team at info@brotek.co.uk or 07837 954862. We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.
Payment
We accept Visa & MasterCard credit cards and Switch debit cards . When placing an order, we will require the full card number, cardholders name, expiry date, issue number (where applicable) and the cardholders full address. We also accept PayPal payments and Bank Transfers – please contact us for our account details.
Our right of cancellation
We may cancel your order at any time before the goods are delivered with adequate notice if we are unable to supply the goods to you for reasons beyond our control, including manufacturer inability to supply goods. In this instance we will refund you for the goods we are unable to supply. BroTek will not be liable for any other loss or damage caused from such cancellation.
Returns
If you decide to cancel the contract for your order with BroTek you must first notify us via email ( info@brotek.co.uk) stating the reason for your return. We must be notified within 14 working days commencing date of delivery before any item is returned for credit or exchange.
All orders returned within 14 working days (commencing the day after receipt of the goods) Unused, as new and complete with packaging and fittings will be credited in full. Exemptions to this include "made to order" or specialist items not held in stock at suppliers, If items have been fitted, are marked or the packaging damaged. Returns of these exceptions are at the discretion of BroTek.
We reserve the right to refuse or exchange goods which are considered to be in an unsaleable condition or missing fitting kits.
We are entitled to deduct from a refund any diminuation of value as a result of the product not being in the above condition. This is in line with your statutory rights.
Returns will not be accepted 28 days after delivery.
Dependant on the nature of the return you may be subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. It is advisable to use a track-able shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Faulty goods
If you have purchased an item that you believe to be faulty, we ask that you contact us first and we will advise you on how to proceed with the matter. For all faulty goods the return postage costs will be covered by the customer
Detailing
For detailing services £100 deposit is required at time of booking. This amount will be deducted from your final invoice. In the event of a cancellation all monies paid will be forfeited.
